If you change your mind after you have completed an order and and e-mail has been sent to you confirming such, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, since work may be started immediately after you send your order confirmation to us. Once we have submitted a bill through U.S. mail to your congregations address, then we cannot cancel our agreement, since the work has been completed, even with a free site, this takes time and effort.
